How to Disenroll
You can end your membership in MeridianComplete at any time. The change will become effective the first day of the following month that the disenrollment transaction is received from CMS and the State.
If you do decide to end your membership with MeridianComplete, you should call Michigan ENROLLS at 1-800-975-7630, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 7 PM. TTY users should call 1-888-263-5897.
If you request disenrollment, you must continue to get all medical care from MeridianComplete until the effective date of disenrollment. Contact us at the phone number below to verify your disenrollment before you seek medical services outside of the MeridianComplete network.
